6. Client Responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for all clinical decisions, billing approvals, coding approvals where applicable, and regulatory compliance.
7. HIPAA & Confidentiality
Where applicable, Sanal Medical Assistance will comply with contractual HIPAA obligations and applicable privacy requirements.
When required, the parties shall execute a Business Associate Agreement before Protected Health Information (PHI) is exchanged.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary business information exchanged during the relationship.

You agree not to:

The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations before pursuing formal legal proceedings.Any dispute resolution procedures may be further defined in the applicable service agreement.
